Once the order has shipped, no refunds will be issued. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped through the United States Postal Service. Jade Joint is not responsible for the presentation of the product once it leaves the facility or for any products lost or damaged during shipping. However, if your package is received with extensively damaged products, please contact us and your claim will be evaluated in order to best resolve the issue. You will receive a tracking number as soon as it ships. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update via the USPS website. If your tracking number states your package was delivered and you have not received it, contact USPS and file a claim. At this time, Jade Joint only delivers in the US.
