Due to the delicate nature of our candles and the shipping delays caused by COVID-19, during the Summer, orders are only shipped Monday - Wednesday. Local (New York/Tri-State area) orders may be shipped on Thursday. We want you to receive your orders in the best possible condition. Orders cannot be shipped to international (unless to Canada), APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses. Three day shipping is not available to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Candles + Incense - If burned, non-returnable/refundable. If un-burned, see policy below. Home Goods - See policy below. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us as soon as possible. We offer returns within 14 days of purchase back to your original form of payment. To return, please pack the items safely back into the original packaging and contact [email protected] for a pre-paid return label. Once we receive the package and inspect the product(s), the total amount minus the original shipping cost will be returned back to your original form of payment. The returned item must have at least 50% or more of the product left in the bottle/jar in order to qualify. If the product does not meet the return requirements, store credit will be issued instead. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns of partial sets at this time. Once we receive the returned item(s) at our facility, please allow 10 business days for the return to be processed.
