The shape ot the dress and designs are inspired by the Nyatti Mask, a key element of NGONDO ceremony, an annual celebration of SAWA people of Cameroon. It is a communion

of SAWA and their water deities. Dibala is the sacred house where the message from the deities is read during NGONDO ceremony.
