Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Shipping rates & delivery estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be $9.50 sent via our standard shipping method. All orders that exceed $100 in value will be awarded FREE Shipping. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses: RYLTY ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: RYLTY is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Damages: RYLTY is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Please first contact the carrier of the shipment and if a resolution isn’t reached please email [email protected]. We want you to make sure you’re taken care of. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. International Shipping Policy: We currently do not ship outside the U.S.


 

Refund Policy

Returns: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]. Sale items (if applicable): Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable): We will be willing to exchange items if you purchased an item that doesn't fit how you expected. The customer will be charged the cost of shipping. Unfortunately, we will not exchange items for store credit of any type. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: Royalty Athletics, LLC , with the address included on the original order. Shipping: To return your product, you should mail your product to "Royalty Athletics, LLC", with the address included on the original order. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
