Shipping Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are NOT shipped or processed on holidays. Delivery Issues We are NOT responsible for items marked as delivered by mail carriers. Reach out to the carrier directly and provide your tracking information. They will initiate a claim and investigate if it went to the wrong location.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions/Non Returnable Items Unfortunately due to hygienic and safety issues, we cannot accept returns on ANY items. Items sent back to us will not be accepted. Exchanges Unfortunately due to hygienic and safety issues, we cannot accept exchanges on ANY items. Items sent back to us for exchange will not be accepted. Evaluation can take up to 30 days. If approved ALL refund exceptions will be refunded via store credit in the form of a Masks by Loretta E-Gift Code/Card. Exceptions are not guaranteed and are up to the discretion of our leadership team based on inventory, current shipping times, and availability. Missing Discount Codes Masks by Loretta is unable to add discount codes to orders after they have already been placed and no more than one code can be used in a single order.
