Trauma-sensitive yoga (or trauma-informed yoga) invites the student to feel without the push to do. Language used during a trauma-informed session invites the student to “choose your own adventure” which provides a sense of control. I encourage students to move and breathe in a way that feels most natural and comfortable to them.

Series of 11 classes. You receive link to class after confirmation.
Limit 10 participants.
