ReddWalker Media LLC uses a third party vendor to fulfill order. Normally, all orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. However, due to high volume of orders or COVID-19 protocols, these processing times as well as shipping times are subject to delays. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Include any other pertinent information towards the beginning, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates We offer $7.99 flat rate shipping to the continental United States and $9.99 flat rate shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated U.S. territories. We also offer free shipping for all order over $50. Continental USA: 2 to 5 business days Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated U.S. territories: 7 to 12 business days We have plans to offer expedited shipping as our company grows. International Shipping We offer international shipping to most countries at a flat rate of $26.99. However, at this time, we do not ship to Guadeloupe and North Korea. Canada: 10 to 30 business days Rest of the World: 10 to 30 business days Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ReddWalker Media LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected]gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Shipping to P.O. boxes Our third party vendor ships usually through USPS. USPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, DRPO, or AFO addresses.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will issue the refund as store credit minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
