We, at Royal Babies & Tots, want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, you may return purchased items for a store credit within 14 days from the day your order has been delivered to you. We do not provide refunds nor credit shipping costs. All returned items must be in brand new, unworn condition, free of any stains, marks or signs of wear with tags still attached. Items must be unaltered/unwashed. Items with packaging must include its original packaging. All sale items, underwear, swimwear, and accessories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
