Ready to ship in 5-8 days
Once your package is tendered to the delivery service (i.e. USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) and tracking numbers are sent, WHITNEYMANNEY is no longer responsible for the package. If you are experiencing delivery problems, you will need to reach out to the delivery provider Your WHITNEYMANNEY made-to-order and ready-to-ship items will ship directly from our studios in Kansas City, MO. The majority of our digital print scarves and WHITPRINT products will ship directly from our US-based printing and manufacturing partners to ensure speedy delivery.
Due to the nature of our products, a return for money back is not an option. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us via email at [email protected] to initiate an exchange. We will send you a prepaid shipping label within 3 business days and send you a code for store credit or ship your new item once the exchange item is received. At this time we do not offer refunds but offer store credit that can be used within 21 days of the exchange date due to the art of our work. Exchange items must be unworn and unlaundered
