Shipping Policy
Nesh Naturals currently ships domestically – we ship to all U.S. states including Hawaii and Alaska. All prices are quoted in the US Dollar currency. Shipping and handling cost is calculated at checkout. At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. Orders will be processed within 3 business days of receiving your order confirmation email*. Orders must be placed by 12pm ET Monday – Friday to start processing on the same day, otherwise, it will be processed the next day. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday and Friday. Upon shipment, an email notification containing tracking information will be sent.
Refund Policy
At Nesh Naturals, we want to make sure you are happy with your purchase! If you are not happy with your product or if the order is incorrect, please fill out the Exchanges and Returns request form within 72-hours of receiving your item(s). In the form, include the correct information and a detailed description of why you would like to return your item(s). Once we review your request, we will send an email with our decision to send a replacement after receiving your item or refund the purchase price of the product less shipping*. To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You must provide the order number, the receipt or any other proof of purchase in the form. Nesh Naturals is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your item(s) damaged**, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. After we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange or refund after inspecting the item. Exchange: If your request is approved, we will send a replacement to your original address. If a replacement product is not available, you will be refunded the purchase price of the product less shipping. Return: If your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days (usually 3-5), depending on your card issuer’s policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. *if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund **damage in transit does not include product losing shape or melting due to shipping in high temperatures
