Order Processing Non-prescription requests take 7-10 business days to process before being shipped. Shipping NURILENS ships within the United States and internationally. Shipping within the United States is free. International shipping will be an additional cost based on the customer's chosen shipping provider. Shipping within the United States will take approximately 3-5 business days, not counting weekends, and holidays. Shipping to Canada, other U.S. territories, and other countries may take longer depending on international customs processes.
Returns and exchanges should be initiated within 7 business days of delivery. You will need to initiate a claim by emailing [email protected]. Once we have confirmed receipt of your claim, you will receive instructions on how and where to return the product. The product must be received in its original packaging in new or lightly used condition at our warehouse within 7 days of us confirming receipt and providing instructions. Once your product has been received, our Returns Team will conduct an inspection after which, you will be notified via email whether or not you have qualified for said return or exchange. If you do not qualify for either option, the lenses will be shipped back to you. | At this time, we are not able to accept returns for international shipments. Customers will pay for the return shipping at the time of drop off and rates vary based on the order. | 1 Year Warranty: We are committed to supplying quality eyewear to our customers and a seamless experience. We guarantee that every item is made by NURILENS and stand confident in the workmanship, craftsmanship, and materials in our products. All of our products have a one (1) year warranty, during which time eyeglasses and/or cases can be replaced at no additional cost, except for shipping, handling, and related taxes. Warranty Claims Process Any warranty claims must be made by the customer within seven (7) calendar days of the expiration of the Warranty Period. You will be asked to send a photograph to confirm the claim, and returned to our warehouse for inspection. The NURILENS Quality Team will review and inspect your claim according to the terms of the warranty. If your product qualifies, we will send you shipping information regarding your refurbished or replaced product. If it does not qualify, you will be notified via email. NURILENS reserves the right to charge for shipping and handling to process the Warranty Claim.
