Meditation has many benefits. It reduces stress, increases calm and focus, and promotes greater physical and emotional well-being. The goal of meditation is to reach your Higher Self – Once you are able to control your mind, you will be able to control your body and will be as “One” (mind, body and spirit, your third eye has opened). Then you will be able to receive God.
