You’re item will take about 3-4 business weeks to process, once processing has been completed and the package has been marked as shipped, and currently is in route expect for there to be shipping delays that might extend your shipping time for up and additional 1-4 weeks. We unfortunately have no control over how long your packages will take to arrive once we’ve initiated the shipping process, however we will do our best to answer any and all questions regarding delayed shipping!

Refund Policy

We will not be able to cancel after the order has been shipped you have 1-3 business days to email us about wanting to cancel your order, but once it has been shipped we will not be able to cancel it. After the 1-3 day processing time, and your order has been shipped we will not offer any refunds, the 1-3 business day processing time is there to hopefully allow enough time for someone to cancel their order prior to it being shipped out. Due to these being earrings, and there being a global pandemic we would like to completely lower our risk, plus the risk of others of contracting any illnesses by handling and preventing potential customers from wearing previously worn earrings, as no member of the What’s The Stitch team has any formal training regarding infectious diseases, such as but not limited to Covid-19 . Please be sure that you have selected the right item before making your purchase and that you understand that each earring is crafted by hand, which will result in there being differences between each earring. It is my hopes to create a perfect product, however there is only so much that can be done with hands when crafting a product. If you receive your product and it is damaged, you have the option to send back the original item for a refund, however in order to qualify, upon delivery of the item you will only have 24 hrs to reach out to customer service about the damaged product in order to receive your refund. If your order was delivered on a Saturday, and you reached out within the next 24 hrs you will still qualify for a refund. By purchasing from What’s The Stitch you accept both our shipping and refund policy, you also accept that the images use to showcase the product are only used for that reason and that reason alone, and that the physical product may not look completely identical to the product images on this website. You accept that will WILL NOT refund you due to ANY difference between the product images and the actual product, as differences are bound to occur due to lighting, angles, etc.
