I just received my order and I could not wait to open my package. I am in LOOOVE with this rug!!! I requested a different color scheme that would be more practical for my taste and Elsa (the designer) met my expectation exactly! Anyone looking to purchase understand that these tufted rugs are *handmade* so kindly be mindful of the production time and know you won’t be disappointed. Elsa is professional, an excellent communicater, included a personalized note, proper care instructions, and a cleaning kit!! This was all more than I expected and worth every penny. I will purchase from this designer again and highly recommend! Also, I encourage any buyer to read over the proper care instructions included in the order to protect your investment.
