Shipping Policy
There are two options for shipping: Standard and Expedited. After the processing time is complete, shipping will take 3-5 business days with Standard shipping and between 1-3 business days with Expedited shipping. Currently, all orders over $30.00 USD receive free Standard shipping and all orders over $50.00 USD receive free Expedited shipping. Refund Policy
For hygienic reasons, altered, opened, or worn lashes in any way are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted unless the item is damaged or defective. Please reach out to [email protected] within 72 hours of receiving your order to initiate the refund process if necessary. Once you have reached out to us, please allow 1-2 business days for a response. A free shipping return label will be emailed to you and your refund may be returned to your account according to your banking policy.
