If candle wicks are more than ¼ inch high. They should be trimmed before lighting.
Keep all particles and debris out of the wax area. You should never burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.

It is important that you allow the wax to harden before relighting, moving or touching.
Keep your candles away from areas and items that can catch fire.
Keep away from children and pets.
Never use water to extinguish the candle.

Due to the type of product we specialize in, we will not accept used candles and/or wax melts as returns.
However, we will replace products that have been damaged during shipping. We ask that you contact us and submit a photo within 3 days of delivery to [email protected].
