Shipping Policy

Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days from order date to ship out, I will send you an email with tracking details Please make sure your mailing address is correct including apartment number. Will not be responsible for incorrect/incomplete address details. If an order is returned, there be a fee to reship it. If you notice an error with your order please notify me within 24 hours. Once processed and shipped out no reverse action can be taken. If you've been sent tracking details and your package has not been delivered or has gone missing -> Please contact & keep up with your local carrier or post office for their updates and restrictions. Once its left the warehouse I will not be able to track it from there on. If a package is returned to me, I will notify you to reship. I am not responsible for delays due to natural weather/causes nor for packages that are lost in the mail. Once shipped out, the responsibility falls upon you to keep track of your order and keeping up to date with your local post office, mail carrier. Each product is handmade and curated to order and cannot be returned or exchanged for other products once shipped. Also due to the current health pandemic, we are choosing to value the safety of our clients as well as owner by temporarily suspending returns. Refunds are allowed only on extenuating circumstances determined by me within 6 days of order. Contact via customer service (click on contact tab) email with full name and order number.
