If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Beyond Limited Kulture aims to create each piece we produce with the utmost quality, to ensure our customer's complete satisfaction. However, If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit. To return an item, the following conditions must be met: 1. Returns must be made within 5 business days of delivery. 2. The returned item(s) must be unworn and complete. Please note - customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs. Store credit for the return purchase will be given for the retail price of item(s) purchased. Once item(s) are received and inspected, store credit will be issued for returned items. If an exchange is being made, the customer will be required to purchase the desired item using the store credit issued. We are not responsible for the risk of loss or damage to the return shipment.
