Wig Consultation

Please note all virtual and phone consultations are recorded. If you schedule and pay for a consultation you are agreeing to being recorded during the consultation. Before any Custom/Bespoke/Repair services begin, you must fill out a consultation form, and pay the consultation fee starting at $65.00. Once these two things are completed you will receive 3 dates for the actual recorded video consultation. Once you have confirmed a date and time, you will receive a link from our selected video chat method. This recorded consultation will allow you to ask any questions you may have. Once the service is confirmed you will receive a detailed invoice for services to be done. Please email us at [email protected] with consultation in the subject line. Business hours are Mon -Fri 10am to 5pm . If you contact us after business hours we will reply the next business day unless it is a holiday, then it will be the next business day after the holiday.
