I am Pam, currently 26 years old and living in New Orleans with my partner and no kids – I’m trying to convince them to get a dog. I was born and raised in Brazil but decided to come to the United States for an exchange in 2018. Since then, I’ve been battling with a lot of changes in my life.
One of them, and the biggest, was to create Art Flor. I had the urge to start this business because I wanted to make an exclusive earring for my partner. After that, it started as a hobby, and with my move to New Orleans (since we used to live in Colorado) I decided to take it to the next level and make it something for myself.
All the pieces that you see here are made with my own hands and prepared with a lot of care and love, that is why the name is Art Flor – Feito com amor (made with love in Portuguese translation). It is really impressive to me that people out there adopted my art and are still adopting it every day.
As a black-Latina-owned business, I feel absolutely thankful for all the support of my dream. It means a lot to me! I hope you always keep adopting my babies.
