Return Policy

Beauty Empire do not accept returns on sale items, pre order items, jewelry, handbags, or sunglasses. If you did not purchase any of the listed items, and would like to return your goods, please complete our returns request form on our website.

Shipping Policy

If your order is placed before 9am CST, it will be shipped out the same day. Any orders placed after 9am CST, will be shipped within 2-3 business days. All items purchased during a sale, will be shipped within 3-7 business days. Orders selected for Express shipping, will ship out on the same day if order is placed by 2pm CST. All express orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the following business day. Please note; if you select express shipping, during a sale, your items will be shipped out within 1-2 business days. If your order contains a pre ordered item, we will ship out the remainder of your order first and the pre ordered item(s) will be shipped separately. Shipping times for pre-orders is 2-3 weeks. All items shipped with Beauty Empire will have tracking numbers, and require your signature to accept the goods.When returning goods, you are responsible for the shipping cost unless the reason for the return was an error on our end.
