STANDARD SHIPPING

- Estimated to be delivered within 3-10 business days after processing. US $7.99

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Estimated to be delivered within 2 business days after processing. US $12.99

Notes:

1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

2) Shipping Time does not include a 1-3 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed. Due to current shipping carrier slow downs, your orders will be shipped in a timely manner but may take additional time to be delivered to you, this is due to the carrier, not our store.

3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

4) If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was placed.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the method of shipping chosen. These are:

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays or charges due to customs.

Non delivery/ Delivery problems

The Key Brand, Ltd. Co. is not responsible for packages once they have been shipped. The Key Brand, Ltd. Co. is not responsible for delayed or missing packages. If a delivery gets returned to The Key Brand, Ltd. Co. due to a faulty address or if the address the customer puts on the order is wrong, then the customer is responsible for any re-shipping charges. If the address entered at the time of the purchase is incorrect or a previous residence, please message us with the correct address promptly. If the package has been mailed before any address change has been made known The Key Brand, Ltd. Co. is not responsible for replacing.

Refunds

1. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to you via store gift card or the original payment method, as per your request.

Unfortunately, due to current situations, your refund will require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

2. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
